Terms
By using Lunar Veil or placing an order, the customer agrees that Lunar Veil sells mystery packages based on the selected package level. The exact contents are intentionally unknown until prepared.
Mystery packages
Exact items, quantities, colors, styles, stones, scents, brands, or themes are not guaranteed. Product photos show the Lunar Veil mood and may not show exact package contents.
Package levels
Higher package levels generally allow a fuller or more elevated surprise mix, but every package remains random and contents may vary by availability, season, and stock.
Payment and totals
Final sales pages show the payment total before purchase, including applicable taxes or checkout charges when required. Orders are not started until payment is completed.
Shipping
Lunar Veil aims to prepare and ship orders within one week after payment whenever possible. If a shipment cannot be sent within the promised timeframe, support will contact the customer with available options.
Returns
Mystery packages are generally final sale unless an order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from the selected paid level.
Use and safety
Items are sold as novelty and lifestyle products only. They are not medical, legal, financial, spiritual, or guaranteed-result products. Customers should use all items safely and follow any included warnings.
