Returns
Lunar Veil packages are mystery assortments, so they are generally final sale once prepared or shipped. We still want customers to receive the correct paid level in reasonable condition.
Eligible issues
Contact support if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, missing paid items, or materially different from the selected package level.
Not eligible
Because the product is a random mystery assortment, disliking a surprise item or receiving a different style than expected is not usually a return reason.
